I  am a Veggie Thumper! I love vegetables and want to help others love them as well, or at least incorporate them into their diets. I'm raising consciousness through food awareness, by providing access to high quality organic and locally sourced vegan cuisine.  Veggies, I grow them, often from seed, I prepare 'em and share 'em. Soon my dream and goal of running a vegetarian and vegan food bus providing my creations to the masses will become a reality!

In addition to spreading veggie love. Veggie Thumper has created a line of Organic deodorants, sprays and skin care.  I approach life with a holistic outlook of doing things myself and aiding others in their journeys towards a balanced lifestyle.
